Returns and Exchanges

  4. Original Condition: To facilitate a successful return or exchange, we kindly request that the item be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.

  5. Processing Time: Please note that the processing of returns or exchanges may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to provide you with the best possible service.

Sales Tax & Exemptions

Texas customers who need to claim a tax exemption are required to submit their  tax exemption certificates. If your business qualifies for a tax exemption, your paid tax will be refunded. Please submit your tax exemption certificate with your order number by email (kris.l@clmholdingsinc.com).
